We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
• Designs job descriptions with KPI to drive performance management for clients• Regularly hold meetings with key stakeholders to review the effectiveness of HR Policies, Procedures and Processes• Maintains office supplies by checking stocks; placing and expediting orders; evaluating new products• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements• Defines job positions for recruitment and managing interviewing process• Carries out induction for new team members• Responsible for training, evaluation and assessment of employees• Responsible for arranging travel, meetings and appointments• Oversees the smooth running of the daily office activitiesRequirements• Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)• Thorough knowledge of labor laws• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills• BS in Human Resources or relevant field
