The MSc in Economics is a two-year graduate programme entirely taught in English, characterized by general-purpose and international flavour. It aims to train applied economists for positions in private industry, the research sector or in public institutions. The MSc also provides qualified training for students wishing to apply for PhD programmes at a later stage. The course of study covers economic theory and policy, business and management economics, fundamentals of European law and public economics, applied economics and econometrics. The MSc in Economics emphasizes the analysis of real-world problems. Up to three scholarships are available for non-EU students. The yearly gross amount of each scholarship is 9,000 euros, with allocation based on merit and
payment conditional on academic performance during the course of study.
